China Painting Chengdu Forum Opening

“China Painting Chengdu Forum” holding by China Artists Association will open warmly at Art College of Sichuan University. About 40 famous art theorists attend the forum, such as director of theory committee of China Artists Association Shao dazhen, first vice director Xu yongnian, Chief curator of China Art Gallery Fan di’an, chief edito of magazine Wang zhong, professors of China Art Academy Wang yong , Chen zui and Li yi, professors of Central Academy of Fine Art Wang hongjian, Li shushing and Zhou yaojin, and vice director of art college of Peking University Ding ning.
Theme of the forum is “contemporary meaning of convention of national art”. The forum make four speeches about the theme, specialist have a speech with comments by host and questions by audiences. Collection of the forum have collected all essays and published by Sichuan Art Press.
