　　许多时候，我都忍不住惊奇于锦钦对漆画的选择。惊奇于在浮躁丶拜金和功利的当下，他能不负初心，一日日在工作室有条不紊、慢条斯理地制作漆画。

　　我相信人生而自由，每个人都应该做自己喜欢的事，选择自己欢喜的人生，但在功利的当下，做自己喜欢却成了不合时宜。也正因如此，锦钦的静安尤显难能可贵。艺术须从人开始，用真心做，须交付一辈子，而发出内心的热爱和执着从容，将在时间里呈现品格，时间在锦钦这里慢下来，一切于是成了可信任的可能。

　　Most of time I was surprised with the options of lacquer painting by Chen Jinqin.Who could keep his initial heart for painting with his orderly way,time by time step by step under the present background of impulsive mammonish and utility situation.

　　I believed that man is born for freedom,everyone should do these kinds of things what they tend to do,choose the way of living what they tend to live.In this kind of impulsive mamonish utility situation,it'sdefined as not such a good item.In that case, Chen Jinqin quiet art release  more valuable.Art always start from human being, end up with a whole life by wholehearted.The deeply passion and persistence will make quality by time,slowly and truly approve the real things.

　　漆画艺术对于他而言，就是一种来自心灵深处的虔诚与信仰，他，一心一意的孤意执着过程中，专度鞭策凝注在自我维度的精神世界里，无限性地探索着只可能归属于自我和民族脉络相融合的至高品格的艺术意境当中，他的艺术态度总在凝练沉着的气场之上镇定了自我的艺术面貌及价值体系，他依然保持沉默和无所畏惧。

　　Lacquer painting for him means kinds of religions andfaith come from deeply heart.In terms of the process with heart and soul,thisman focus on the individual spiritual world.keep continuing to discover artwonderland as long as belong to personal and nationality.With this kind ofattitude for art in term of individual art systems and still keep quiet andbrave.

　　陈锦钦作品里既有中国古代工艺与绘画兼而有之的痕迹，又极具现代视觉艺术所带有的设计性的审美情趣，造型一目了然。他对物象的感悟与提化，让作品的观念传递出的当代性，这在当今的漆画作品里是十分具有自己的个人语言。

　　作品里延伸出来的是物的存在及它自身品质的状态，神秘而幽微，有形寓无形，有限表无限的“万物相生”状态，这是东方美学与哲学的境界的共性。我相信，陈锦钦在作画的过程中，以他本能的直觉体悟到了自然及万物的本质。因此，才有了这批符合当下东方现代主义审美的高质量作品。显然，画家明白观念和形式的实验是当代艺术的核心部分。

　　There are kinds of not only chinese ancient craft tracebut also having the modern vision art within design aesthetic feels that couldbe clearly to see.It's also a personal language that in his way of inspirationand sublimation to the works spreading the concept of contemperary.

　　His works tell us existence and state of self-qualitywith mysterious and peaceful, combine with tangible and invisible, state oflimited transfer to unlimited,universal has its own rules.This is common withaesthetic of East and state of philosiphy.I truly believe during process ofpainting,Chen Jinqin founded what was the essence of nature and univers.In thatcase,it's the reason why there is a batch of such high quality worksexist.Obviously,it's a core part of the idea of artist and expression.

　　关于艺术家

　　陈锦钦，1975年出生于广东雷州市。现为中国美术家协会会员、广东画院签约画家。

　　艺术经历：

　　1998年——至今专职画画；

　　1998年——至今（曾任）广州美术学院、华南师范大学、华南理工大学、中山大学南方学院外聘教师；

　　2007——2010年首届广东画院签约画家；

　　2010——2014年第二届广东画院签约画家；

　　2015年——至今第三届广东画院签约画家；

　　获奖

　　1997年，获第二届《广东教育学院书法展十佳》称号；

　　1999年，《沟通》获“99”广东省大专院校作品联展“优良设计奖；

　　1999年，《维悟区》入选”99“广东省大专院校作品展”获“三等奖”；

　　2001年，《簿雾》获“首届广东漆画展”铜奖；

　　2004年，《大砖》获“第十届全国美术作品展”银奖；

　　2005年，《大树》获“广东第二届漆画展”银奖（金奖空缺）；

　　2005年，《大象》获“厦门2005‘中国漆画艺术展”银奖（金奖空缺）；

　　2007年，《裹》获“第二届全国漆画作品展”优秀作品奖；

　　2007年，《心语》获“共沐蓝天共创和谐，广东美术慈善创作大赛”银奖；

　　2013年，《生》系列获“广东第三届漆画展”优秀作品奖；
