王雁南

　　王雁南女士现任中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司董事总裁，负责公司战略发展规划和运营管理。作为中国艺术品拍卖行业的创始人之一，王雁南女士还兼任中国古陶瓷协会荣誉理事、中国拍卖行业协会艺术委员会主任。2007年1月，被中国拍卖业协会授予“突出贡献奖”，以表彰其对中国拍卖行业的恢复所做出的贡献。

　　中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司于1993年5月在北京成立，拍卖项目包括中国书画、瓷器工艺品、油画雕塑、古籍善本、珠宝翡翠、邮品钱币等，公司成交总额和品牌声誉长期位列中国拍卖企业前茅。中国嘉德还积极扶助公益及文化教育活动。曾分别在2008年北京奥林匹克博览会和1999和2009年世界集邮展览会期间被组委会指定举办独家拍卖活动。

　　As the Director and President of China Guardian Auctions, Ms. Wang is responsible for strategic development and management of operation. As one of the founders of China’s art auctions industry, she is concurrently the Director of Art Auctions Profession Committee of the China Association of Auctioneers and the Honorary Director of China Ancient Ceramics Society. In January 2007, Ms. Wang was awarded the “Special Contribution Award” by China Association of Auctioneers for her contribution to the resumption of auction industry in China.

　　China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd., established in May 1993 in Beijing, has been focusing on the auction of Chinese cultural and art works, including Chinese paintings and calligraphy, porcelain and handicraft, oil painting and sculpture, fine jewelry, philately, coins and banknotes. China Guardian has been contributing its efforts in philanthropy, academia and education in many ways.
