India Lithograph Exhibition Keeps Art Alive

A three-day exhibition of original lithographs from over a hundred years ago is underway in India's northern city of Chandigarh. The lithographs are classic images of India. Even so, the lithograph is a fading and languishing art form. That's why the exhibition was organized, to help to keep the art alive.
The lithographs were made by European artists during the 19th and 20th Centuries. Most of the works are high quality prints.
The exhibition and sale is also raising funds for the animal protection group, People for Animals. It works for the rehabilitation of animals in distress.
