首届上海朱家角国际水彩画双年展复评评委简介

　　WANG, Weixin (China)

　　1939年生于湖南洞口。1959年毕业于湖北美术学院。现任中国美术家协会理事，

　　中国美术家协会水彩画艺术委员会主任，湖南省文联名誉委员，湖南省美术家协会

　　顾问。受聘担任第七、八、九、十届全国美术作品展览总评委员会委员。享受国务

　　院‘突出贡献专家特殊津贴’。首届上海朱家角国际水彩画双年展策展人。

　　Mr. Huang was born in Hunan province in 1939. Graduated from Hubei College

　　of Fine Arts in 1959. Huang is a Council Member of China Artists Association,

　　Chairman of the Watercolour Art Committee within China Artists Association,

　　Hon. Council Member of Hunan Province Arts and Culture Council, a consultant

　　to the Hunan Province Artists Association, and one of the Curators of the

　　inaugural Shanghai Zhujiajiao International Watercolour Biennial Exhibition.

　　In the 7th ,8th ,9th and 10th National Arts Exhibition, Huang was attained as a

　　member of the Overall Judging Committee. Huang is recognized as an ‘Expert

　　with Distinguished Service to Community’ by the State Council of Central

　　People’s Government.
