首届上海朱家角国际水彩画双年展复评评委简介

　　王金成 (新加坡)

　　ONG, Kim Seng (Singapore)

　　新加坡出生。1985年成为职业画家。曾在新加坡、美国、英国、中国、澳

　　大利亚、欧洲、中东及众多亚洲国家举办画展。现任新加坡水彩画协会荣誉会长，

　　新加坡国家艺术理事会理事，联合国科教文视觉艺术委员会会员。1990年，作为第

　　一个美国境外的亚洲画家，成为美国水彩画协会会员，并在2000年被选为该会的海

　　豚会士。

　　Mr. Ong was born in Singapore, a full-time artist since 1985. He has held

　　group and solo exhibitions at home and in the US, China, UK, Japan, Australia,

　　Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He has been an active member of the

　　American Watercolor Society since 1990; conferred Dolphin Fellow in 2000.

　　Ong was the first ever Asian outside the United States to be awarded the

　　A.W.S. membership.

　　Mr. Ong has won many major awards. He is the Hon . President of the

　　Singapore Watercolour Society; a Council member of the National Arts Council,

　　Singapore ; and a member of Visual Arts Committee UNESCO.
